Overview:
Hennesy House Murders is a new horror film from Rayolight Productions in which the crew of a hit Ghost Hunting TV show ventures into the notorious Hennesy House, where terror and gore await them at every turn.

Rayolight Productions is seeking talented actors for the following roles in our upcoming horror film, Hennesy House Murders. We prefer talent with previous on-stage theatrical experience who can improvise in the moment.

Character Breakdown:

​

Matt: Male, 30-40 years of age, physically fit. Lead host and co-producer of the ghost show, self-proclaimed psychic, narcissistic, reckless, and reliant on his wife for direction.

​

Kelsey: Female, 30-40 years of age. Matt's wife, Producer and Director of the show; determined, strong-willed, and deeply invested in the show.

​

Logan: Male, 30-40 years of age. Experienced cameraman; loves gossip and is dedicated to capturing paranormal evidence.​

​

Fran: Female, 25-40 years of age. Loyal audio engineer and recordist; known for her protective nature towards her coworkers and honest feedback.​

​

Steve: Male, 25-35 years of age. Computer nerd, genius in electrical engineering; new to the group, valued for his technical skills.​

​

Virgil: Male, 50-70 years of age. Rural southern storyteller; his appearance and tales are a mix of truth and embellishment. (Will only be required for 1-2 days of production)

Important Notes:

• Location: Farmville, VA

• Production Dates: Mid-March 2025

• Shooting Schedule: 12-day shoot on location

• Pay will be based on the SAG-AFTRA day rate for Ultra Low Budget Productions, starting at $241 per day, negotiable based on experience.

• Lodging, meals on set, daily per diem, and travel stipend will be provided.

• Open to both union and non-union actors and actresses.

• Talent must be prepared to perform mild stunt work, including being dragged on floors and raised 2-3 feet off the ground via body harness and cabled fly rig. All stunts will be executed with appropriate stunt padding and safety measures in place.

• Expect to be sprayed and covered in blood and other makeup effects during the filming process.
